At Hydro Plant, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We're committed to getting your HydroPlant products to you quickly and affordably.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $60 (continental US only)
  • $4.99 Flat Rate for orders under $60
  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total and destination

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships

Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after your order ships
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Tracking information is provided for all shipments via email

Shipping Locations

Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may experience longer delivery times
  • P.O. boxes are accepted but may result in extended delivery times
  • Some oversized items may require a signature upon delivery

International Shipping: International shipping is currently unavailable. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@hydroplantco.com.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to freight forwarders or package forwarding services
  • Some remote or rural areas may experience extended delivery times
  • During peak seasons (holidays, major sales), processing and delivery may take 1-2 additional days

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn't receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
  2. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
  3. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early)
  4. Contact us at info@hydroplantco.com and we'll work with the carrier to locate your package

Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged box and product immediately
  2. Contact us within 48 hours at info@hydroplantco.com with photos and your order number
  3. Do not discard the packaging—carriers may need to inspect it
  4. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

Address Changes

Need to change your shipping address? Contact us immediately at info@hydroplantco.com. We can update your address if your order hasn't shipped yet. Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
